"We created Metis Linens out of our shared passion for vintage French fabrics. Our goal is to provide quality French textiles at compelling prices, and sprinkle in a few fun & flavorful antiques. We love linen, cotton & hemp, but our favorite fabric is a blend of cotton & linen, known in France as Metis (pronounced basically like Matisse.) With a few exceptions such as vintage American ticking, our merchandise comes directly from France. Hence our tagline, "If it isn't French, we don't stock it!" Andrea & Laura
