Shopping in Tuscany

This is my last post about Tuscany - I'll get back to design topics tomorrow!  I figured most of us who love design also love to shop, so I figured it would be ok.  :) 

Although I didn't do much shopping in Tuscany, I thought I'd share with you a few pretty shots of what I discovered along the way...

Beautiful, quintessential pottery!

We couldn't resist the wine and even found one type that is made in the tiny village where we stayed.  We are looking forward to enjoying that bottle while looking through our pictures sometime soon.  :)

I was happy to find my Romeo and Juliet cookies at this bakery, even though

we were far away from Verona!

Although I did buy a handbag, when we passed by this shop it was bad timing (hungry kiddos) so I didn't look in this store...now that I see this picture I wish I had!

OK this isn't exactly shopping but FYI: 

the man purse is going strong in fashionable Italy.

The fabulous antiques market in even more fabulous Lucca!
